Hialeah Elementary School: About the School

Hialeah Elementary is part of the Miami-Dade County public school system. The school is one of the most respected public elementary schools in its community and the county. The primary goal of Hialeah Elementary is to give each student equal opportunity towards gaining superior knowledge of fundamental skills while maintaining their native roots. This mission has been an aim of the schools since its establishment in 1945. The ever growing Hispanic community that encompasses Hialeah Elementary greatly influences and enhances the learning environment of each individual student.

Hialeah elementary strives to develop each student’s optimal potential. Students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade encompass the schools 870 student body. Teachers and administrators focus on developing student’s academics, social, emotional, and physical abilities. This effort is made possible by Hialeah Elementary dedicated staff and parents who all work towards the school primary goal. The school has coined itself as “The Best School in the Entire Universe”, and to them failure is not an option.
