The Reclamation Project, Island Press and the Miami Science Museum present journalist, editor, and photographer Kennedy Warne of "Let Them East Shrimp" to the Miami community to discuss the true cost of seafood and the implications for natural resources and the local communities that depend on them. Florida's own mangroves are just one example of how the quest for all-you-can-eat shrimp has led to the destruction of three-quarters of the world's sheltered tropical coastlines.
