Hialeah Elementary School: Project Blog
A few weeks ago I gave a talk to the 5th grade students of Mr. Jui’s art class about mangrove and their importance to the Florida ecosystem. To my surprise, many of the kids knew about mangroves and had great questions for me. I really enjoyed our interactive discussion about the different types of mangroves and what makes them such a unique species.
